It’s time for our final betting challenge of the PGA Tour’s 2020-

2021 regular season. Thanks for Harry for allowing me to write

this column for the past 11 weeks and it’s been a thrill to go head-

to-head with him, Parlay Kid, and Producer Michael!

Last week’s BMW Championship produced what I consider the

best 20 minutes of non-Major PGA Tour action that I’ve ever

seen. Considering I had bet on Jon Rahm, to watch Dustin

Johnson nail a 40+ foot sidewinding putt on the 72 nd hole was gut

wrenching. At the same I posted on Twitter that it was one of the

best putts I had ever seen. But when Rahm hit the 66-footer on

the playoff hole, on a putt that NBC analyst Paul Azinger said was

one of the hardest two putts of his life…what an exhilarating

moment!

I’m now over $1,000 to the good in our challenge and barring a

miracle winning bet by one of our experts below, I’ll be the

unofficial champion for the 11 weeks of the 2019-2020 PGA Tour

season. I’m looking forward to resuming this column on a one-off

basis for the U.S. Open in September and Masters in November.

This week’s Tour Championship has a weird starting score aspect

to it in order to weight the field based on this season’s FedEx Cup

points success. We’ll be betting both with the handicap and

without it as you’ll see below.

Once again the rules for our challenge:

Each week, Harry, Parlay Kid, Producer Michael and I will get a

simulated $200 to bet…$100 on golfers to win that week’s

tournament and another $100 to be spread amongst top-5, top-

10, top-20, and other prop bets. We’ll track the progress to see

who does the best and whether we can produce positive ROIs.

Here are this week’s plays for The Tour Championship:
