NASCAR RACE 2

Dover, Delaware

Sunday, August 23

After a perfect 6-0 Saturday I’m coming right back with a brand new edition of my 6 Pack of Props from Dover, Delaware.

#1

Best Finisher in Group

+180 Aric Almirola

+230 Alex Bowman

+290 Christopher Bell

+290 Tyler Reddick

Alex Bowman ran a disappointing 20th on Saturday but in his previous two races at Dover he recorded top 5 finishes.

+230 Bowman

#2

-115 Car Number of Race Winner Over 11.5

Lookout for the 48 car and Jimmy Johnson (I’m just saying). Maybe he can muster one last special day in the sun at Dover.

#3

-155 Martin Truex Jr over Kyle Busch

Both ran well on Saturday, but Kyle has been to inconsistent this season and asking him to put up great runs on back to back days is asking too much.

#4

-115 Alex Bowman over William Byron

I’m all over Bowman today and expect him to rebound from yesterday. Byron has had more can trouble over the season which is why I’ll side with Bowman who let’s not forget does have a victory this season.

#5

-130 Clint Bowyer over Aric Almirola

Bowyer is pretty good at this track and finished 11 spots higher than Almirola on Saturday.

#6

+450

Jimmy Johnson Top 3 Finish

In the 2020 season (his last season) Jimmy Johnson has not had a season to remember with just three top 5’s in 23 races. His average finishing position this season is almost 16th and has just eight top 10’s. However, one of those top 10’s was on Saturday (7th) and this might be his best chance (11 career wins and 3110 laps led in career at Dover. Almost 2000 more laps than Harvick who has ran the same amount of career races at 36) to get a big finish with only one more regular season race left before the playoffs start. Don’t be surprised if Jimmy has a little bit of magic fuel for the number 48 car on Sunday, and at a track that has meant so much to him over his illustrious career.

Harry’s Finishing 6 Pack

6-Brad Keselowski

5-Denny Hamlin

4-Chase Elliott

3-Jimmy Johnson

2-Kevin Harvick

1-Martin Truex Jr
