I hope everyone out there enjoyed my AFC preview (if you didn't see it its available at bestbetcorner.com or on twitter of @AAOHARRY) and will side with some of my plays in this NFC segment.

NFC EAST

OVER 8.5 WINS -110 WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM

WFT have a game changer on defense in 2nd year played Chase Young. WTF had the 2nd best defense in the league and gave Tampa Bay their hardest game in last seasons playoffs.

UNDER 9.5 WINS -120 DALLAS COWBOYS

The offense will be there with Dad Prescott back but until I see some major improvements on defense no way can I trust Dallas to get to 10 wins. Dallas gave up 116 points more than the Giants a season ago and gave up 144 more than Washington.

EXACTLY 7 WINS +550 NEW YORK GIANTS

Look, New York had 6 last year and have more weapons on offense and that includes Saquon Barkley. The defense is solid but I just can't trust Jason Garrett as OC or Daniel Jones at quarterback (went from 24 TDS to 11 under Garrett). The Giants situation is worth just 1 more win to me than the last.

UNDER 6.5 WINS -105 PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

The Eagles defense is average at best and on offense Jalen Hurts completed just 52% of his passes when he was given a chance. Alabama's D. Smith should instantly help the passing game but not that much for the 22nd rated offense in the league.

NFC NORTH

OVER 10.5 WINS -120 GREEN BAY PACKERS

This is a fishy number considering Rodgers is back and the Packers are coming off of back to back 13 win seasons. Their schedule is tough and I think they manage to win 11 but no more than that.

OVER 8.5 WINS -160 MINNESOTA VIKINGS

I know the Vikings defense was atrocious last season but they didn't have their leader Danielle Hunter didn't play in one game to a neck injury. That will change with him in the lineup (29 sacks in his last 2 seasons combined). On offense Cousins and Cook will look to fry up opposing defenses just like they have since joining Minnesota.

UNDER 7.5 WINS -120 CHICAGO BEARS

Whether it is veteran Andy Dalton or rookie Justin Fields at QB I just don't think they can improve on the offense that ranked 25th last year.

UNDER 5 WINS -120 DETROIT LIONS

The Matthew Stafford years are over and now it's time for J. Goff. I actually think Goff might be decent, but it is their defense that teams just rip to shreds. Detroit has not improved much on their 32nd ranked defense.

NFC SOUTH

OVER 11.5 WINS -150 TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS

Brady and the boys are back and are fully loaded for another run at a championship. This team has so many weapons on offense and again are lead on defense by Shaq Barrett (27.5 sacks last 2 seasons combined), and LB's Lavonte David and Devin White (those 2 combined for 257 tackles a season ago).

OVER 7.5 WINS -135 ATLANTA FALCONS

The Falcons were not as bad as their record last season indicated as they lost 8 games by 7 points or less. The drafting of Kyle Pitts and the emergence of Calvin Ridley will make Falcons fans forget Julio Jones a little more easier by seasons end.

UNDER 9 WINS -130 NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

This team has a lot of no name receivers since Michael Thomas continues to be out and that takes a lot away from Alvin Kamara as defenses can solely key on him. Last time J Winston got a starting role he went for 30 picks with the Buccaneers 2 seasons ago.

UNDER 7.5 WINS -120 CAROLINA PANTHERS

The Panthers had just 7 interceptions last season and if they think Sam Darnold is going to change the dynamic of this team they and head coach Matt Rhule are out of their minds.

NFC WEST

OVER 10.5 WINS +120 LOS ANGELES RAMS

Matthew Stafford has more weapons on this team than he ever had in Detroit. The addition of Sony Michel will help and lets not forget this Rams defense was the only team that didn't give up more than 300 points last year.

OVER 10.5 WINS +100 SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

Somehow through all this team had to endure they still finished 13th overall in offense. A healthy Niners team is dangerous and will challenge the Rams for the division.

UNDER 10 WINS -110 SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

This team is good but I'm not sold on their offensive line that makes Russell Wilson scramble for his life or their running backs (RB's for Seattle missed total of 34 games last season).

UNDER 8.5 WINS -125 ARIZONA CARDINALS

The Cards folded late in the season last year and if they miss the playoffs again head coach Kliff Kingsbury may be gone. In the offseason the Cards picked up veterans AJ Green and JJ Watt and one has to wonder what exactly do they have left in the tank to give.

NFC PLAYER PROPS

UNDER 650.5 RECEIVING YARDS BY EAGLES JALEN REAGOR -112

OVER 4050.5 PASSING YARDS BY VIKINGS KIRK COUSINS -112

OVER 475.5 RECEIVING YARDS BY BUCCANEERS ROB GRONKOWSKI -112

UNDER 975.5 RUSHING YARDS BY SEAHAWKS CHRIS CARSON -112

The Eagles have issues at QB, meanwhile the Vikings certainly do not. Gronk surprised everyone by playing in every game last season and had 623 receiving yards. Carson fell well short of his total and has missed 19 games in his 4 seasons in the league.
