Miami has two solid scorers in Kameron McGusty and Isaiah Wong. Wong has scored 20+ in both wins in the tournament for the Hurricanes. Miami also has a solid defense, a defense that totally shut down Auburn in round 2 (held Tigers to just 30% shooting and 19% from 3 point range).

The Friars have won both of their tournament games by a total of 37 points and held the Spiders of Richmond to just 1-22 shooting from 3 point range. There is a lot of pressure on Kansas head coach Bill Self who has just 1 final four appearance since 2013.
