Here are my bowl selections through January 1st. Let's hope these games play and everyone out there stay safe and have a Happy New Year.

WEDNESDAY

CHEEZ IT BOWL

CLEMSON -130 OVER IOWA ST

The Cyclones will be without RB Breece Hall and Clemson has scored 30 or more in 4 straight games .

THURSDAY

DUKE'S MAYO BOWL

SOUTH CAROLINA +9.5

The Gamecocks are in their first bowl game since 2018 and who knows if UNC shows up mentally after blowing their season finale against NCST.

FRIDAY

GATOR BOWL

WAKE FOREST -14 OVER RUTGERS

Wake's QB Sam Hartman (36 passing TDs) needs to bounce back after playing so bad against Pitt in the ACC Championship. Rutgers is filling in and had a 5-7 season.

COTTON BOWL

CINCINNATI +13.5 OVER ALABAMA

The Crimson Tide is a bit overrated to me and Cincy deserves to be in this game. Bearcats RB J. Ford and his 19 TD's is going to give Alabama all they can handle.

ORANGE BOWL

MICHIGAN +7.5 OVER GEORGIA

The Bulldogs defense got exposed in the SEC title game and the Wolverines and RB H. Haskins will be able to run on Georgia. Michigan I feel will play with a chip on their shoulder since they really should have been the 1 seed after what they did against the Buckeyes and the Hawkeyes.

SATURDAY

CITRUS BOWL

KENTUCKY -130 OVER IOWA

Iowa's offense has disappeared in the second half of the season. Kentucky's QB W. Levis (23 TD passes) and RB C. Rodriguez will prove to be to much for Iowa on New Year's Day.
